About Us
Established in 2010, Bacco Trattoria and Mozzarella Bar is a unique neighborhood restaurant in North Boulder offering a relaxed, casual atmosphere with authentic Italian food and beverage. The decor is soft and traditional but still carries a theme of Italian culture.
Russell and Michelle moved to Colorado and took the reins in 2018, bringing a "hands on" feel to the restaurant, where staff is like family and guests are like a large circle of friends.
We're open six nights each week, closed on Sundays, so that our staff might have more time with their families. We owe our survival to the local crowd, regular guests and word of mouth advertising.
